چکیده

A vehicular ad-hoc network (VANET) is a set of intelligent vehicles that interact without any fixed infrastructure. Data transmission between each transmitter/receiver pair accomplished using routing protocols. However, communication over the VANET vulnerable to malicious attacks, because unavailability infrastructure and wireless communication. In this paper, trust based multi objective honey badger algorithm (TMOHBA) proposed achieve secure VANET. The TMOHBA optimized by incorporating different cost functions, namely, trust, end delay (EED), overhead, energy, distance. developed route discovery used improve robustness against for increasing data delivery. Moreover, shortest path minimize while improving security method evaluated packet delivery ratio (PDR), throughput EED. Existing researches such as hybrid enhanced glowworm swarm optimization (HEGSO) on-demand distance vector protocol (AODV-SP) are evaluate method. PDR 10 attacks 90.6446% which higher when compared HEGSO AODV-SP.

A New Routing Algorithm for Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks based on Glowworm Swarm Optimization Algorithm

Vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) are a particular type of Mobile ad hoc networks (MANET) in which the vehicles are considered as nodes. Due to rapid topology changing and frequent disconnection makes it difficult to design an efficient routing protocol for routing data among vehicles. In this paper, a new routing protocol based on glowworm swarm optimization algorithm is provided. Using the g...

Determining Cluster-Heads in Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks Using Multi-Objective Evolutionary based Algorithm

A mobile ad-hoc network (MANET), a set of wirelessly connected sensor nodes, is a dynamic system that executes hop-by-hop routing independently with no external help of any infrastructure. Proper selection of cluster heads can increase the life time of the Ad-hoc network by decreasing the energy consumption. Although different methods have been successfully proposed by researchers to tackle...

A New Hybrid Routing Algorithm based on Genetic Algorithm and Simulated Annealing for Vehicular Ad hoc Networks

In recent years, Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANET) as an emerging technology have tried to reduce road damage and car accidents through intelligent traffic controlling. In these networks, the rapid movement of vehicles, topology dynamics, and the limitations of network resources engender critical challenges in the routing process. Therefore, providing a stable and reliable routing algorithm is ...

Collaborative Trust-Based Secure Routing in Multihop Ad Hoc Networks

In this paper we have proposed a secure routing protocol based on AODV for multihop ad hoc networks. Our protocol is unique in the sense that it is capable of finding a secure end-to-end route free of any malicious entity, thus resisting an internal attack within the network either in the form of compromised or disloyal nodes. We propose to find a secure and efficient route to a destination bas...
